The objects for which the foundation has been constituted are given in preamble and include the following:

  To provide all the facilities to the blind children to get special education.
  
  
• To provide free education, books, uniforms to the poor, needy and deserving students and disabled children also grant scholarships to the intelligent and hard working students.
  
  
• To promote finance, establish run, manage and maintain hospitals, diagnostic centers, dispensaries and other related services to provide medical care with special emphasis on eye’s diseases.
  
  
• To establish and maintain libraries, research facilities and other amenities for the promotion of study and knowledge amongst children and adults.
• 
  To establish training institutes for the health professionals to raise their skills on advance basis.
• 
  To establish institutes for the skilled education, like school, college, computer centers, higher education / training center etc.
• 
  To provide free medicines to poor and needy patients.
• 
  To foster co-operation and co-ordination with the between like minded societies and association.
• 
  Relief and financial assistance will be provided to the people who may suffer from Earth Quake, Famine diseases calamities and those who are in distress.
• 
  Wheelchairs and Artificial parts of body i.e limbs, arms, feet etc. will be given to deserving and poor special persons.
• 
  Efforts will be made to provide dowry and other necessary articles and the occasion of marriages of orphans and needy persons both male and female.
• To do all lawful things for the fulfillment of above mentioned aims and objectives.
• 
  To help the foreigner women’s visits in Pakistan.
• 
  To help the disabled children.
• 
  To improve children with Learning Disabilities like dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, attention deficit disorder and Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
